Position: Line Cook job
About: Bottleneck Management, an operator of vibrant and approachable restaurants in dynamic neighborhoods, is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join their team. The ideal candidate will help prepare and maintain food items while upholding the origination of recipes to deliver an excellent culinary experience to guests.
Requirements: Previous prep and cooking experience preferred; Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; Good judgment skills and adaptive attitude; Must have all required food/alcohol certifications as designated by location
