Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; minimum 2 years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred; completion of culinary school or relevant culinary education a plus; ability to handle hot and cold work conditions, continuous movements, and standing for extended periods; strong understanding of menu items, ingredient preparation, cooking methods, and multitasking in a high-volume kitchen environment
