Position: Line Cook job
About: BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, located at 5150 North Nevada Avenue, is seeking Kitchen Staff including Line Cooks, Grill Cooks, and Prep Cooks. As part of the team at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, you will be responsible for providing guest satisfaction through recipe execution, maintaining food appearance, preparing high-quality food items, following recipes and portion control, restocking items and utensils, and ensuring station cleanliness and maintenance.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a kitchen setting preferred; knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines; detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
