Position: Line Cook job
About: Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub is currently seeking Kitchen Staff including Grill Cooks and Prep Cooks. As a Line Cook at Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub, responsibilities include preparing menu items according to recipes, plate presentations, and specifications, completing all assigned prep work, setting up the work station according to station diagrams, practicing sanitary and safe food handling, and maintaining cleanliness in the work area.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred; knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; ability to follow recipes and specifications accurately; strong attention to detail and organizational skills
