Position: Line Cook job
About: Jim & Nick’s BBQ, located at 1660 Gadsden Hwy, is currently seeking dedicated Kitchen Staff for roles including Grill Cook and Prep Cook. As a Line Cook at Jim & Nick’s BBQ, you will be responsible for setting up, coordinating, organizing, preparing, and plating food orders for guests following plating procedures and meeting ticket time standards. You will also ensure quality control, adhere to kitchen and food storage guidelines, and maintain cleanliness in line with Health Department regulations. Immediate positions available at Jim & Nick’s BBQ.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience as a Line Cook, Grill Cook, or Prep Cook preferred
