Position: Line Cook job
About: This position is for a Kitchen Partner at a restaurant in Houston, TX. The Kitchen Partner will hold various back-of-the-house roles such as Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Dishwasher, reporting to the Kitchen Manager and store management.
Requirements: Assist in taking care of guest’s needs; Set up stations for shifts and break down or reset stations after a shift; Properly produce the guest’s order; Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen; Put orders away as they arrive; Check product for quality standards; Complete daily checklists; Complete daily par sheets accurately; Ensure all food produced meets expectations; Manage shrinkage and security control; Follow quality systems; Alert management to issues; Report malfunctioning equipment to store management
