About: Hudson Grille is currently seeking Kitchen Staff including Grill Cooks and Prep Cooks to join their team. As a Line Cook at Hudson Grille, the focus is on ensuring that every item on the station is produced according to exact recipe and plating specifications, setting up the station with sufficient product and utensils, and prioritizing cooking and preparation times for timely guest meals. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience as a Line Cook or similar role; ability to follow recipes and plating specifications accurately; knowledge of kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques; excellent teamwork and cooperation skills
