About: Ruth’s Chris Steak House – Old City Hall is looking for dedicated Kitchen Staff members including Grill Cooks and Prep Cooks. As a Line Cook at Ruth’s Chris Steak House, you will passionately prepare, portion, and/or cook food items to quality specifications, ensure exceptional presentation, showcase superior dexterity skills, and measure ingredients and seasonings to ensure correct cooking and flavor profiles. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen setting preferred; ability to operate cutting tools safely and efficiently; knowledge of food preparation techniques and seasoning; attention to detail and commitment to quality food preparation
