About: Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub is seeking dedicated Kitchen Staff, including Grill Cooks and Prep Cooks, to join their team. As a Line Cook at Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub, you will prepare menu items according to recipes, plate presentations, and specifications, complete assigned prep work, set up the work station as per diagram, practice safe food handling, and ensure the sanitation and cleanliness of the work area before, during, and after shifts. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen setting preferred; knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately; strong attention to detail and organizational skills
