Position: Line Cook job
About: Fin Du Monde, a teaching kitchen, is seeking to hire a Line Cook and Team Member who is humble to start in the dish pit and ambitious to advance in culinary techniques to become an integral part of the small team. Responsibilities include working the line in a busy kitchen, prep work, butchering fish and poultry, shucking oysters, making fresh pasta, creating traditional pastries, and maintaining cleanliness.
Requirements: Professional kitchen experience or related education required; passion for cooking and eagerness to learn; ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency; familiarity with DOH protocols; willingness to be flexible with responsibilities and scheduling when necessary.
