Position: Line Cook job

About: City Cellars, a vibrant culinary establishment, is seeking skilled and motivated Line Cooks to join their team. The kitchen focuses on a brunch + bistro concept, emphasizing fresh, seasonal ingredients and bold flavors, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment alongside the Executive Chef and Sous Chef.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume, full-service restaurant with familiarity in brunch service preferred; strong knife skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques essential; clear and effective communication skills with a team-oriented mindset; high standards for personal appearance and presentation consistent with an open-kitchen environment; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs); flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and busy brunch shifts
