Position: Line Cook job

About: Lawry’s, a high-end dining establishment, is seeking Line Cooks to collaborate with the Chef/Sous Chef in producing, creating, and improving food items for guests and co-workers. The Line Cook plays a crucial role in preparing and cooking food, ensuring compliance with food safety handling policies, and maintaining a hygienic work area following Lawry’s appearance standards and kitchen operations.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; at least one (1) year of previous experience as a Line Cook in a high-end dining establishment required; able to read scales; current Local/State Food Handler’s Training Certifications as required; basic familiarity with computers and calculators
