Position: Line Cook job

Requirements: License/Qualifications: Full-Service Restaurant Kitchen Experience is desired; Strong communication skills; Strong interpersonal skills; Organizational skills-Ability to be organized in a changing environment; Ability to maintain a calm professional demeanor during periods of uncertainty or crisis; Must be at least 18 years of age; Ability to perform duties in a clean and professional appearance and manner; Intermediate understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills; Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures; Ability to take direction; Ability to work in a team environment; Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure; Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated and organized; Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge; Must be able to work days, weekends and some holidays. Must be able to speak, read and understand basic cooking directions.
