About: Wahoo’s Fish Taco is currently seeking a Grill Cook/Kitchen Staff for their location at 3556 Torrance Blvd, Suite E. As a line cook at Wahoo’s, you will be responsible for preparing menu items following recipes and yield guides, ensuring the correct use of kitchen equipment for safety and maintenance, adhering to state and city health code regulations, and maintaining food quality, quantity, presentation, and temperature.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen setting preferred; knowledge of kitchen equipment usage and safety practices; familiarity with state and city health code regulations; attention to detail and ability to maintain food quality and presentation standards
