Requirements: High-volume kitchen experience preferred; valid state-issued food safety and handling certification; ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures; ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in various temperature conditions (hot and cold); must be 16 years of age or older (18 years of age to operate certain equipment); effective communication skills; manual dexterity and coordination
