Position: Line Cook job
About: BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse is a dining establishment located at 515 W. Bay Area Boulevard. They are currently seeking Kitchen Staff including Grill Cooks and Prep Cooks to join their team. As a Line Cook at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, you will provide guest satisfaction through recipe execution, food appearance, and high-quality food preparation. Responsibilities include preparing a variety of food items, following recipes, maintaining portion control and presentation specs, restocking items and utensils, and cleaning and maintaining your station. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred; knowledge of food safety practices; ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines; attention to detail and organization skills
