Position: Line Cook job
About: Red Robin, an American casual dining restaurant chain located at 188 Hanes Mall Circle in Hanes Mall, is currently seeking Kitchen Staff members including Grill Cooks and Prep Cooks. As a Line Cook at Red Robin, you will learn the Red Robin style of food preparation, handle various cooking techniques such as cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and preparing a range of dishes from meats to vegetables, soups, salads, and more. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining kitchen cleanliness and adhering to safety and sanitation protocols.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary experience preferred; knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment; strong attention to detail and organizational skills
