Position: Line Cook job
About: BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, located at 9009 E 71st Street, is seeking Kitchen Staff including Grill Cooks and Prep Cooks to join their team. As a Line Cook at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, you will provide guest satisfaction through recipe execution, food appearance, and high-quality food preparation. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of food items, following recipes, portion control, and presentation specifications, as well as restocking items and utensils, and maintaining station cleanliness.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen setting preferred; knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment; ability to follow recipes and portion control; attention to detail and cleanliness in food handling
