Position: Line Cook job
About: BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse is located at 7900 Shelbyville Rd and is currently seeking Kitchen Staff, including Grill Cooks and Prep Cooks. As a Line Cook at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, you will provide guest satisfaction through recipe execution, food appearance, and high-quality food preparation. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of food items, following recipes, portion control, and presentation specifications, as well as restocking items and utensils, and maintaining a clean station. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen setting preferred; knowledge of food safety practices and cooking techniques; ability to follow recipes and adhere to food presentation standards
