About: Grand Naniloa Hotel Hilo – a DoubleTree by Hilton is seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Line Cook to join our busy restaurant team. The ideal candidate will ensure that each dish is prepared to perfection and presented with accuracy, following set recipes and presentation standards to guarantee a top-notch dining experience for our guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent GED certification required; prior experience in the food service industry highly desired; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong work ethic with high attention to detail; ability to adhere to safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen
