About: Twin Peaks is a restaurant located at 7325 W. Taft St., seeking Kitchen Staff for the positions of Grill Cook and Prep Cook. As a Line Cook at Twin Peaks, you will prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards, set up and stock stations with necessary supplies, ensure simultaneous and timely food service with high quality, comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations, maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers, and assist with kitchen and equipment cleaning and organization. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a Line Cook preferred; knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment; teamwork and communication skills
