Position: Line Cook job
About: BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, located at 1000 N Green River Road, is seeking Kitchen Staff including Grill Cooks and Prep Cooks to join their team. As a Line Cook at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, the role involves providing guest satisfaction by executing recipes, maintaining food quality and appearance, preparing a variety of food items, following recipes and portion control, restocking items and utensils, and maintaining cleanliness of the station.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a Line Cook or similar role preferred; strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment; attention to detail and adherence to recipes and presentation standards
