Position: Line Cook job
About: With genuine hospitality, our Line Cooks will prepare high-quality food items to order while exceeding guest expectations by following recipe and presentation guidelines. Line Cooks will ensure special guest requests are accommodated while delivering the same high-quality standards. Line Cooks will coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to the table and ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld for guest safety. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting preferred; strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and sanitation standards; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; attention to detail and ability to work well in a team; physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects; flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
