About: The Surfing Fox, located in The Pierside Hotel, is seeking a Line Cook to join our team in serving guests with creativity and passion. We offer California Cuisine with a side of Sunshine, blending fresh SoCal flavors with an ocean breeze. The Surfing Fox is built on a menu of fresh, local flavors, combining the best of modern California and vintage surf culture.
Requirements: High school education or equivalent; Experience required by position is from one to two full years of employment in a related position with this company or another organization(s); Knowledge of cooking and the practices and procedures of a kitchen in order to perform non-repetitive analytical work
