Position: Line Cook job
About: BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse located at 21 Teterboro Landing Drive is seeking Kitchen Staff including Grill Cooks and Prep Cooks to join their team. As a Line Cook at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, you will provide guest satisfaction through recipe execution, food appearance, and high-quality food preparation. Responsibilities include preparing a variety of food items, following recipes, adhering to portion control and presentation specifications, restocking items and utensils, and maintaining a clean station.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen setting preferred; knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines; attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
