Position: Line Cook job

Requirements: Prefer a minimum of 2 years restaurant experience or the equivalent; Must have knowledge and experience in the preparation of food items; Meet personal schedule requirements punctually; Project a friendly, courteous and pleasant attitude; Provide a clean, well-manicured persona reflecting the restaurant’s image; Safely transport containers up to 30 pounds; Stand and/or walk for an entire shift; Safely transport items in the kitchen on slick and uneven surfaces; Retrieve and stock shelves and coolers; Safely move about in all areas of the restaurant; Accept constructive criticism; Work a flexible schedule with nights, weekends, and holidays; Perform in limited physical space with variable ventilation, smoke, and extreme temperatures
