Position: Line Cook job

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; strong culinary skills in food preparation and recipe execution; knowledge of OSHA, HACCP, local health and safety codes, and company policies; ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen and dining areas; strong organizational skills; decisive and assertive with quick results orientation; adaptable and flexible in high-pressure situations; professional demeanor with a customer service orientation
