The menu pulls inspiration from Northern Mexico and Southern California culture, using the best ingredients of the Pacific Northwest and tortillas made both in-house and sourced from the Sonoran Desert. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; broad range of work experiences and perspectives; passion for food, cooking, and the hospitality industry; comfortable and competent in a kitchen environment; enforcing high sanitation standards; ability to work full-time, including shifts from 8AM – 3PM on Wednesday to Sunday; maintain a welcoming, inclusive, and equitable workplace; excellent communication skills; ability to maintain a clean and organized work area; additional duties may apply specific to each position.
