Position: Line Cook job
About: BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, located at 3703 9th St., is looking for dedicated Kitchen Staff members including Grill Cooks and Prep Cooks. As a Line Cook at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, you will provide guest satisfaction through recipe execution, food appearance, and high-quality food preparation. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of food items, following recipes, portion control, and presentation specifications, as well as restocking items and utensils and maintaining station cleanliness.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen environment preferred; strong knowledge of food safety and preparation techniques; ability to follow recipes and portion sizes accurately; detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
