About: STRIPSTEAK is a modern American Steakhouse in Waikiki with a unique blend of Asian influence and Chef Michael Mina flair, offering an open-air dining room and bar that incorporates the Hawaiian weather into the experience.

Requirements: 2-4 years’ experience in fine dining or casual fine dining high-volume kitchen; ability to communicate effectively with management, guests, and peers; extensive knowledge of food and cooking techniques including knifework, plating, portioning, and precision cooking; positive ‘can do’ attitude; kitchen safety protocols knowledge; ability to learn and retain information quickly; intellectual curiosity; ability to work clean, organized, and as part of a team; able to move and lift 40 pounds at a time; at least 18 years of age; must be able to stand and walk for an extended period
