As a Line Cook at Hard Rock, you will be responsible for making prep recipes and cooking menu products to spec, assembling orders, demonstrating impeccable product knowledge, and ensuring the quality and specifications of each dish.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred; ability to follow recipes and cooking procedures accurately; attention to detail and strong organizational skills; knowledge of food safety guidelines
