About: Alamo Drafthouse Cinema is seeking dedicated individuals to join the Alamo Kitchen Crew, responsible for food preparation following high standards and recipes to enhance the overall theater experience for guests. The team ensures a clean kitchen, efficient food service, and a memorable dining experience for all patrons.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years experience in high-volume food production environment; proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment; excellent written and verbal communication skills; schedule flexibility for early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays; active food handlers certification; being a cinephile is a plus
