Position: Line Cook IV – On-Call
About: Hilton Waikiki Beach Hotel is seeking a dedicated individual who is passionate about preparing quality food products to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should exhibit a positive ‘Can Do’ attitude, excel in delivering genuine hospitality, have flexible scheduling availability, and possess a high level of proficiency in a high-volume kitchen environment, adhering to set recipes, standards, and food safety guidelines.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED desired; 2 years of relevant restaurant experience or 2-year culinary arts degree preferred; relevant military experience in a comparable capacity; TB clearance required; ability to perform essential job functions in compliance with ADA, FMLA, and other standards; ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs, pull and push carts up to 200 lbs, demonstrate full dexterity, kneeling, bending, squatting, reaching, standing, and walking for an 8-hour shift; able to work and communicate effectively in a kitchen environment; Equal Opportunity Employer
