Position: Line Cook (HS)

About: This position is responsible for cooking and cold food production for patients and retail cafes. Cooks use batch cooking techniques, follow safe food handling and storage to ensure that customers and patients receive high-quality foods. Some positions require front-of-the-house service production in front of guests. Staff may also serve food, set up and tear down food service stations, transport supplies, food, dishes, pots, pans, and utensils for their use. Staff are also responsible for cleaning and sanitation of equipment, carts, and work area.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in cooking and food production preferred; knowledge of safe food handling practices; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong attention to detail
