Position: Line Cook (Hiring Immediately)
About: Mekiko Cantina is offering exciting positions for Line Cooks (Chefs / Kitchen Prep / Kitchen Team Members) to join their team. Employees will have the opportunity to learn the Mekiko style of food preparation.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age; any culinary education is a plus; good knife skills and knowledge of meat and fish prep required; ability to remain on feet for several hours, lift and carry up to 45 pounds, withstand high-temperature conditions, bend, kneel, and stoop; minimum of 6 months kitchen experience preferred; flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays essential
