Position: Line Cook – Heritage
About: Craft Culinary Concepts, LLC is currently seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join their team. The company focuses on delivering timely and safe food prepared with precision and attention to guest requests, upholding high-quality standards in a dynamic culinary environment.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old; Must have a valid County Food Handler Card; Must be able to perform recipe-related mathematical equations; Must have a H.S Diploma or equivalent; Must complete pre-employment forms, pass a background check and math assessment; Must work well in a team and independently; Must thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress kitchen environment; Preferred current ServSafe Certification; Preferred 2+ years experience in a high-volume kitchen setting; Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for several hours; Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays; Ability to work in varied temperature conditions and noisy environments
