Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age or older; High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; Must have and be able to maintain a Food Handler card; Knowledge of high-volume kitchen operations; Ability to inspect food spoilage and proper rotation; Kitchen sanitation and prep work knowledge; Ability to follow standardized recipes and plate presentation; Ability to maintain the pace of a high-volume kitchen; Proper sanitation knowledge; Knowledge of kitchen and restaurant operations; Attention to detail; Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization
