Requirements: Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license; knowledge of health & safety standards and regulations; previous experience Line Cook experience in a fine dining setting preferred; two (2) year certificates from an accredited culinary program or a minimum of 2 (Two) years’ experience in an upscale dining kitchen required; valid WA State Health Card/Food Handler permit
