Position: Line Cook, Emeril’s (Caesars New Orleans)
About: Caesars New Orleans Casino & Hotel, a premier destination property in the heart of the city, is seeking dedicated Culinary Cooks to be part of their winning team. This dynamic environment prides itself on delivering exceptional service and creating spectacular dining experiences for guests.
Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old or older; High school diploma or GED is required; Ability to train and follow recipes; Local Health Department sanitation certificate preferred; 1-3 years minimum of previous culinary experience; Working knowledge and ability to work in various kitchen stations below Cook II level; Must have knowledge of kitchen sanitation and operation; Must be able to work any shift and cooperate effectively within a team.
