Position: Line Cook – Dinner
About: Asher Adams, an Autograph Collection Hotel, is an adaptive reuse of the historic Union Pacific Depot, featuring a new 8-story, 212-key infrastructure with an additional 13 keys in the renovated Depot, totaling 225 keys. This full-service lifestyle luxury hotel will be a first of its kind in the Salt Lake City market, designated by the Historic Landmark Commission for its cultural significance and unique appearance. Located across the street from the Delta Center, home of the NBA’s Utah Jazz and host to over 150 events annually in its 18,000-person arena.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role; Knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Ability to stand for extended periods of time; Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs
