Position: Line Cook – Dinner
About: The iconic Asher Adams, an Autograph Collection Hotel, is an adaptive reuse of the historic Union Pacific Depot. The full-service lifestyle luxury hotel will be a first of its kind in the Salt Lake City market. The property is located across the street from Delta Center, home of the NBA’s Utah Jazz and hosts over 150 events annually at the 18,000-person arena.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role; Knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Ability to stand for extended periods of time; Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs
