Position: Line Cook – Dinner
About: The iconic Asher Adams, an Autograph Collection Hotel, is an adaptive reuse of the historic Union Pacific Depot. The full-service lifestyle luxury hotel will be a first of its kind in the Salt Lake City market, designated as a Historic Landmark. Located across the street from Delta Center, it offers luxurious accommodations for guests attending events at the 18,000-person arena.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role; Knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Ability to stand for extended periods of time; Willingness to learn from senior chefs
