Position: Line Cook – Commerce Cafe
About: This hotel is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook to join their hospitality team. The role involves preparing, seasoning, and cooking a variety of food items for the hotel’s Restaurant outlets, Pastry Kitchen, or Banquet Kitchen under the guidance of culinary supervisors and chefs. The Line Cook is responsible for ensuring accurate preparation, cleanliness, and maintenance of equipment while upholding quality and consistency standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary certification or relevant experience in a kitchen setting preferred; strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen sanitation practices; ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain high standards of quality and consistency; excellent communication and teamwork skills
