Position: Line Cook – Breakfast
About: The iconic Asher Adams, an Autograph Collection Hotel, is an adaptive reuse of the historic Union Pacific Depot located in Salt Lake City, across the street from Delta Center. This full-service luxury hotel offers a unique dining and hospitality experience in a culturally significant and vibrant setting.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role; Knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Ability to stand for extended periods of time; Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs
