Position: Line Cook at Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers – Gilbert
About: Famous 48, a vibrant culinary establishment, is in search of a skilled Lead Line Cook to join their dynamic team. The Lead Line Cook will take charge of daily kitchen operations, oversee food preparation, and maintain the high standards of dish quality and consistency in the menu offerings.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; culinary experience in a Line Cook or similar role preferred; knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation methods required; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail; strong teamwork, communication, and physical stamina; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; valid Food Handlers Certification; experience with cash register software such as Aloha, Hot Schedule, Paylocity
