Position: Line Cook at Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers – Gilbert
About: Famous 48, a dynamic culinary establishment, is in search of a talented Lead Line Cook to join their team. The Lead Line Cook will oversee kitchen operations, coordinate food preparation activities, and maintain high-quality standards for all dishes on the menu.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role preferred; knowledge of different cooking techniques and food preparation methods required; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with team members; physical stamina to withstand kitchen environment conditions and lift up to 50 pounds; flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
