Position: Line Cook
About: Belmont Village is looking for a Full Time Line Cook to join their team at the location 700 W Fullerton Ave, Chicago, IL 60614. The ideal candidate will have prior line cook experience in senior living, assisted living, or memory care and must possess strong customer service, teamwork, and flexibility skills.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age; High School Diploma or equivalent; Ability to read, write and speak proficient English; Minimum of 6 months line cook experience in upscale casual dining or an equivalent environment; Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules including weekends and holidays as needed; Desire to learn advanced culinary skills and techniques; Interest in career growth in the senior living or hospitality field; Value and personal fulfillment in serving or working with the senior population; Self-directed with strong active listening skills and efficient time management skills; Initiative, dependability, and hard-working attitude as described by co-workers or colleagues
