Requirements: Previous experience with fresh seasonal ingredients appreciated; uncompromising work ethic, attention to detail, and cleanliness required; ability to work collaboratively with the Chef and Sous Chef using state-of-the-art equipment and tested recipes; adept at accommodating guest allergies and dietary concerns; proficient in kitchen appliance operation and prep work; strong organizational skills to estimate food consumption and manage preparation; CT Wage Disclosure: $16-18/hr
