Requirements: 2+ years of experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment; Knowledge of Mexican cuisine and cooking techniques; Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask; Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting; Food Handler’s certification is a plus
