Position: Line Cook
About: The Aprile Line Cook position involves assisting the Lead Line Cook with daily tasks, such as food preparation, cooking, and setting up supply stations to ensure guest satisfaction at Aprile.
Requirements: Proven cooking experience in Restaurant Line or Prep Cook roles; Two or more years of restaurant experience preferred; Excellent understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures; Accuracy and speed in task execution; Familiarity with industry best practices; Positive and professional attitude; Ability to work long hours standing; Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen environment; Strong verbal communication and organizational skills; Ability to lift at least 40 pounds regularly.
